    進口高真空球閥是在真空系統(tǒng)中用來開啟或隔斷氣流的閥門，廣泛適用各類氣體，液體等正、負(fù)壓力管道系統(tǒng)，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn),由于球閥全通導(dǎo)，又能達到超高真空要求，所以也能適用于加速器真空系統(tǒng)。

進口高真空球閥作用： 　　

    1.開關(guān)氣路，當(dāng)閥1和閥4關(guān)閉，閥2打開時，機械真空泵Ⅲ對容器I抽真空，氣流流經(jīng)預(yù)真空抽氣管路；當(dāng)閥2關(guān)閉，閥4打開時，機械泵可單獨對擴散泵抽真空；當(dāng)閥1和閥4同時打開時，擴散泵和機械泵可同時工作，對容器進行抽空，此時氣流流經(jīng)擴散泵?？梢?，閥門在這種操作中的作用是開關(guān)氣路，改變氣流的流經(jīng)路線。 　　

    2.控制氣流大小，調(diào)節(jié)真空度在圖1中，調(diào)節(jié)閥1的閥蓋開啟角度，即可調(diào)節(jié)流經(jīng)管路的氣流量大??；關(guān)閉閥2和閥4，通過放氣閥3可以給機械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大氣；通過放氣閥5可以調(diào)節(jié)容器內(nèi)的真空度。 　　

    3.定量充氣，在玻璃閥的柱塞上有個一定體積的小洞，當(dāng)小洞轉(zhuǎn)向右邊和高壓氣瓶連通時，小洞中就可充滿高壓氣體；當(dāng)它轉(zhuǎn)向左邊和真空容器連通時，就把該體積的高壓氣體放進容器中去，這樣就起到了定量充氣的作用。

Imported high vacuum valve function:

1 switch gas when the valve 1 and valve 4 is closed, valve 2 is opened, the container I Ⅲ mechanical vacuum pump vacuum, air flows through the pre-vacuum suction piping; when the valve 2 closed and valve 4 is opened, the mechanical pump separate diffusion pump vacuum; when the valve 1 and valve 4 is opened, the diffusion pump and mechanical pump can work simultaneously on the container for taking the time, air flows through the diffusion pump. Visible, the valve's role in this operation is to switch gas, change the air flow through the line.

(2) control the airflow, vacuum regulator in Figure 1, the control valve 1, the valve cover opening angle can adjust the size of the gas flow through the pipeline; shut off valve 2 and the valve 4, through the discharge valve 3 can be a mechanical pump discharge into the atmosphere inlet ⅲ; 5 can be adjusted through the discharge valve of vacuum within the container.
